Emotional Regulation, Creativity, and Academic Enrichment through Art
Empower your team or classroom with workshops that blend creativity and emotional well-being.
In this dynamic session, participants:
Use watercolor pencils, water brush pens, and chalk pastels to explore key art elements (fine, shape, color, texture, space, value, form).
Master lettering techniques to enhance visual projects and academic enrichment.
Incorporate SEL (Social Emotional Learning) strategies like creating an "Anger Volcano" to manage emotions, identify triggers, and practice stress management.
SEL Connection: This workshop supports essential Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills by helping participants develop greater self-awareness—the ability to recognize and understand their emotions—and self-management—the ability to regulate emotions, manage stress, and make thoughtful decisions. Through engaging art activities, participants gain practical tools to express themselves, process feelings, and strengthen emotional resilience.
